How to Use Walker Tape® Ultra Hold
Always follow the manufacturer’s current instructions and perform a patch test before applying the adhesive more extensively.
Prepare the Scalp
Before installation, the scalp should be clean, dry and free from oils, dirt and other residues.
- Clean the application area using an appropriate scalp preparation product or 99% alcohol, as recommended by the manufacturer.
- If required for your individual installation, apply a suitable scalp protector before applying the adhesive.
Applying the Adhesive
- Apply a thin, even layer of Ultra Hold to the prepared scalp or suitable hair system base.
- Allow the first layer to dry before applying the second.
- Allow the adhesive to become very tacky. This can be achieved by allowing it to air dry or using a hairdryer on an appropriate setting.
- Carefully position the hair system onto the adhesive.
- Press the system firmly against the scalp for approximately 10 seconds to help establish the bond.
- Allow the adhesive to set properly before exposing the installation to water or strenuous activity.
For optimum results, avoid swimming, exercise and shampooing for at least 24 hours following application.

Flammable product. Keep Ultra Hold away from heat, sparks, flames and other potential ignition sources. Use in a well-ventilated area.
For safe use:
- Carry out a patch test before use.
- Do not apply to broken, cut or irritated skin.
- For external use only.
- Do not swallow.
- Avoid contact with the eyes.
- Keep away from children.
- Keep the container securely closed when not being used.
Discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.
Always refer to the product packaging and manufacturer’s latest safety instructions before use.
Storage
Store Ultra Hold in a cool, dry and well-ventilated environment away from direct light, excessive heat and humidity.
Keep the container securely sealed when not in use and store at room temperature, within the manufacturer’s recommended storage range of approximately 16–27°C (60–80°F).
